The Savoy Hotel, provides services on the Various area of hospitality and tourism, services for informational and training events organization is looking for a highly-motivated and alert male or female with any of the following languages fluent written/oral English, spanish,italian french and Russian to perform numerous general official, computer related (email) and receptionist duties (incoming/outgoing phone calls). The person has to act as a personal assistant to the Managers and maintain a professionally responsive relationship with them.
Essential Functions
Receive and distribute relevant information to/from internal and external sources by telephone, email or in person
Maintain office supplies, order/acquire supplies needed
Perform other administrative duties
Education: fluent written/oral English, spanish,italian french and Russian is a must, High School degree/GED - Bachelors in Administration will be preferred
Experience: 1 year of related experience will be preferred
Extremely detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up skills • Must have a high speed of writing for taking notes
Highly dependable, trustworthy, persistent, hard-working and energetic
We offer:
€1900 fixed salary to start, with an increase after 1 Months of Employment (paid one times per Month)
Working hours from 09:00 to 17:00. Breaks included.
